配送業者・追跡情報について

配送業者はヤマト運輸、または日本郵政にてお送りいたします。配送業者のご指定はお受けしておりませんので予めご了承ください。

ご注文いただいてから発送までは最短で翌日、通常1～2営業日以内となっております。営業所における荷物の保管期間は、初回配達日から起算して7日間です。

発送と同時に追跡情報を自動メールでお送りいたしますので、配送状況の詳しいお問い合わせはそちらよりお願いいたします。

We offer worldwide shipping from Japan.

📦 Shipping Fee

Flat rate: ¥3,000 JPY
The shipping fee is the same for all countries.
No matter how many items you order, the fee remains unchanged.

🛃 Customs & Duties

For orders to the United States, Germany and Israel, all import duties & taxes are included in our prices. We prepay them when we ship, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

For other countries, in rare cases, a small customs duty or tax may be charged depending on your country and total purchase amount.
